SHIPPING TIME

• Under normal circumstances orders within Asia will take 2 business days to dispatch, then delivered to you between 3-5 business days.
• Under normal circumstances orders for the rest of the world will take take 2 business days to dispatch, then delivered to you between 4-8 business days.

Shipping time might vary depending on your exact address, courier and other factors. We understand you want to receive your purchase sooner than later and we too want you to benefit by having the product it ASAP. We ensure to do our very best using the most suitable courier, fastest possible shipment service, and provide the best customer service to keep you posted on the shipping progress.

SHIPPING COST

• Shipping cost for 1 or 2 pc will be the same.
• Shipping cost depending on destination. It will automatically be calculated at checkout phase.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Please pay attention to currency selection when making payment.

If there are issues with the products that you order, we are pleased to offer 60-day return or refund policy for items in their “Good Condition”. 

• Products must in “Good Condition” with no damaged in any way.
• To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on Qlearplus Online Store and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount.
• The customer will have to pay the difference in price if s/he selects a product of a higher price.
• If you have purchased any items with any discount offered by a joint promotion or other promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account. Discounts offered by companies other than Qlearplus shall be dealt with in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant companies.
